- The bed is of one-piece rigid meehanite cast iron, allowing for heavy-duty
cutting.
- The cooling tank is detached from the machine body to minimize thermal
deformity and to aid in cleaning. An optional chip conveyor is available.
- The X and Z axes slideways are coated with turcite B for high feed
rates and accurate heavy turning without wear.
- A non-stop random indexing system allows for 0.4 sec./station indexing,
including clamping.
- A FANUC wide range high torque spindle motor allows for powerful cutting.
